Most of us apply about half the sunscreen we need. For face and neck, squeeze a line along two fingers — that's roughly the amount used in lab testing.

A sunscreen mist or SPF powder lets you top up through the day without disturbing your base.
Is SPF in foundation enough?
Not on its own — you'd need far more foundation than anyone wears to reach the stated protection.
